Qualifications
Understanding of Web-bound graphics manipulation and optimization issues.
Understands Web audio/video compression, streaming media, and Web multimedia deployment issues.
Skilled at developing and maintaining Web sites using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CGI, Perl, and Java.
Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs.
Familiar with the culture/community of the World Wide Web.
Designs compelling user interfaces and understands the strengths and limitations of browser-based UIs.
Ability to develop and refine concepts through focus groups, user interviews, surveys, and observational studies.
Demonstrates creativity. Generates new and original ideas.
