Web Producer/Senior Interactive Designer

 

Description:  Create and direct the development of content, merchandising and promotions for a fast paced, dynamic web and mobile entertainment company. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Create online content as part of website maintenance, often under tight deadlines. Design and prototype new interactive additions, cross bridges between design mockups and final programmed material, regularly communicate status of projects and updates to the team. Prototype and produce visually compelling web material that is perfectly functional and usable. Work together with other departments in a managed flow of work. Maintain and develop a consistent standard of quality. Content creation for project pitches, documentation, brochures, ad placements as required.

Skills and Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Interactive Design or Graphic Arts or functional equivalent preferred. Strong experience with Photoshop and Illustrator Must have strong oral, written, organization skills.   Must be in tune with entertainment industry and pop culture. Be results oriented, a fast, enthusiastic learner that is adept at multi-tasking under deadline. Must work well in a team; learn under instruction yet also be independent enough to work using their best judgment. Must be able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interactive design sensibilities required. Candidates must be able to create visually compelling material without sacrificing usability. Familiarity with HTML and Flash a plus Prior agency and/or a high volume consumer website strongly
