Web Product Manager

Work in Mountain View and be a part of our IMS (Innovative Merchant Solutions) team!  (Intuit's fastest growing business unit)  We are currently seeking a Product Manager with passion for Customer Driven Innovation to execute our product strategy and work with the team to define requirements and see those requirements through the development lifecycle for our small business billing products and payment services.. 

 

Responsibilities:

? Create products, from concept to execution.

? Develop deep understanding of focus customer and competitive landscape.

? Internalize and represent the "Voice of the Customer" to the team throughout the product lifecycle.

? Turn customer insight into actionable business and technical product requirements.

? Lead cross-functional development, marketing and support teams to execute strategy and deliver results.

? Become an internal and external Champion and expert for billing and payments.

 

Requirements:

? Minimum 3 years Product Management experience in Online Web Services. 

? Online Billing/Invoicing services a plus. 

? Demonstrated track record of identifying, understanding and solving customer problems as well as contributing to a successful product launch. 

? Significant experience driving customer research, business case development and requirements definition.

? Bachelor?s degree required.  MBA preferred.
