Cambridge Healthtech Institute (CHI) is an 80+ employee, biotech publishing company and leading producer of conferences focusing on early-stage technologies in drug discovery and development. CHI is seeking exceptional candidates for the following position:

WEB SITE ASSISTANT
Seeking a 40 hour/week Web Site Assistant and data entry clerk to work with CHI?s Webmaster to design and maintain CHI Web sites, and provide administrative back-up for the data entry department. Responsibilities will include:
 Updating and testing content of Web sites on a daily basis.
 Editing and formatting CHI?s Web sites using Microsoft FrontPage.
 Collaborating with Marketing Department on Web-based marketing initiatives.
 Assisting with development of email marketing campaigns.
 Providing hardware and software support to all departments.
 Performing high-volume data entry, adhering to rigorous database standards for adding information in order to maintain a consistent, error-free system.
 Conducting Internet research and reviewing sources to obtain up-to-date contact information on prospects. Increasing the number of marketable prospects by searching for new lists to add to the database.
 Proofreading & verifying quality of data entry from all sources, and reducing the amount of outdated or incorrect data.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
 Web site design and development experience
 Experience with Microsoft Frontpage, Macromedia Dreamweaver, or Adobe GoLive, or other web design software.
 Experience with the following technologies: HTML, ASP, CSS, VBScript, Javascript, XML, XSLT
 1-2 years of prioritizing Web-based projects and client requests, working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
 Ability to deliver high quality, user-centric Web solutions
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 1-2 years of experience with graphic design software, and an aptitude and interest in user interface design issues preferred
 Familiarity with Microsoft IIS 6.0, Windows XP, Office 2003, and Eudora Pro
