World Wide Web Content Manager - Consumer Division

We are searching for an experienced Web Content Manager to join our World Wide Marketing organization.  The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of related web marketing experience, self-motivated, high energy, organized, have excellent writing skills and able to juggle multiple projects. 



 

Primary responsibilities:

?  Develop content strategy for the Lexmark.com website

?  Work with IT, Product / Brand marketing, Ecommerce, and external Agency teams to coordinate content creation and deployment

?  Manage and implement web projects supporting product launches, marketing programs, and campaigns

?  Write / edit site content as necessary to ensure information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with overall brand strategy

?  Coordinate online efforts with Ecommerce team to maximize impact of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns and ensure optimal search engine rankings (SEO)

?  Design and implement process to measure effectiveness of site?s design strategy/usability and make recommendations for improvement

?  Monitor, collect, and report on trends and web traffic statistics

 

 

Primary Qualifications:

?  Bachelor?s degree.

?  5+ years of relevant experience.  Prior experience with web content development, technical writing and/or marketing communications is strongly preferred.

?  Strong familiarity of relevant tools, including HTML, web content management systems, internet protocols, database principals and backend structures.

?  Knowledge of internet marketing principles.

?  Experience as project manager and writer/editor in online setting.

?  Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate projects under multiple deadlines in a cross functional team environment.

?  Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
