ALARM COORDINATOR
AutoZone, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in downtown Memphis, has an immediate opening for an Alarm Coordinator. This individual will dispatch and process alarm signals, cctv events, building security events, and alarm related phone traffic; maintain and update alarm processing database; make alarm programming changes as needed; document and monitor security events; assist alarm users with first level alarm system problems, (arming, disarming, force arming, minor malfunctions); perform system backups and equipment maintenance.
A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses. Prefered candidate will be experienced in Call Center; Central Station; Alarm installation/service; Customer support. Must type 35 wpm. Quality phone presence; Customer service skills; Data entry skills. Central Station coverage is 24/7 with 12 hour rotating shifts (noon to midnight or midnight to noon and 4 days on, 3 days off).
