Duties include, but are not limited to:Work 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.Triaging and analyzing data from the Citibank North America feed and respond to MIS requests.? Provide daily reconciliation reports from the feed and case action.? Transfer to North America (NA) Investigations for assignment.Coordinate local market analysis from NA analysts to identify regional/global trends. Share with Global Investigative Analysis strategic analysts.Respond to business requests for Citigroup Security & Investigative Services (CSIS) information as part of their CRMR database review (CRMR will be part of due diligence by the business).? Produce monthly and ad-hoc MI reports on feed volumes.Provide tactical analysis to client business and CSIS customers through data feed management, linking events, data quality clean-up and review.Work directly with CSIS and business analysts to collate and review raw data for strategic trends.Draft intelligence notices/alerts for distribution to CSIS and business customers.? Respond to general and routine MI requests from CSIS databases for customers, review analytical products prior to release to customer.Serve as an intelligence coordinator for CSIS to aggregate and analyze data provided to CSIS globally.Participate in the Global Command Center to be organized in Tampa with the Tampa Security Command Center.? Respond to global crisis situations, analyze data, report to business contacts, in conjunction with Security staff.Act as Command Center support for daily activities.



?Please provide a writing sample.BA/BS with a minimum of 2 years experience in tactical and strategic analysis in a fast paced, dynamic culture.Familiarity with various analytical software applications, specifically data mining and link analysis, experience with report writing tools a plus.Experience in working in analytical teams.Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, technology savvy a plus.Flexibility and experience to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.Must be on-call during weekends and off-business hours.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn other computer applications, such as Microsoft Access.
