We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications: 21 years of age, U.S. Citizens, experience and/or willing to be armed, clean criminal record, ability to pass physical agility test, and drug screen, and valid driver?s license. Prior military, law enforcement, or security experiences a plus.  Ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance. Recruit qualified applicants for security officers and sergeant positions as needed at WRAMC.  Schedule and conduct interviews for the proper selection and hiring of personnel.  Coordinate and manage mandated pre-hiring protocols and subsequent training w/ the PMO Trainers and PMO Human Resources on a pre set schedule. Recruit qualified applicants for site specific FLOATER POOL to include persons residing in Maryland, but within reasonable drive to WRAMC.  Schedule and manage the Floater Program effectively and properly to include working with other Vance locations as needed.  Assist management with any additional duties as assigned by the Chief and or Captain of the Guard.
