We are seeking to fill an Assistant Operations Manager position in our St. Petersburg, FL office. Candidates will conduct preliminary investigations on each case and ensure cases are scheduled and worked accordingly. They will help answer phone calls from field investigators and provide a communication link between field investigators and Operation Managers. The Assistant Operation Manager serves as a liaison between field investigators and the In-House Assistant when needed, setting up flights, scheduling cases, and relaying information to field investigators, marketing reps, etc. This position will work as an Operations Manager as on need basis (Sunday, etc).

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, a Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred. One to 3 years of related experience, previous military or law enforcement background is required. Candidates will have basic knowledge of computers and software like MS Word and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated multi-tasking abilities desired. Must be able to problem solve, reason, and use decision making skills to determine the most effective way to meet the objectives of the position. They must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
