Branch Manager - Armored/ATM  

Brink?s U.S., a division of Brink?s, Incorporated, is the premiere provider of armored car transportation, ATM servicing, currency and coin processing and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities.  The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees.  We have a challenging opportunity for an Armored/ATM Branch Manager.  The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the secure, safe and efficient operation of an armored car operation.  In this position you will lead a dedicated staff and you will have full P&L responsibility for the branch. This position also requires extensive coordination with other on-site operations and you will have significant contact with our customers.

 

Specific Job Duties:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment with the goal of ensuring that all employees work and return home safely

- Hiring, scheduling, training and developing staff

- Creating a cooperative team atmosphere of employee engagement

- Ensuring route efficiency through appropriate interaction with branch personnel and route analysis

- Maintaining and providing quality customer service and good communications with the customer base

- Leveraging systems, equipment and process redesign to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiency

- Securing inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures

- Other duties as required

 Skills/Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability in:

- Maintaining a safe and secure workplace

- Managing people and staffing a branch/facility

- Promoting good customer relations; customer focus

- Promoting process improvement

- Performing scheduling and routing analysis

- Managing profitability

- Must be willing to work in an armed environment and able to qualify for a firearms permit
