Campus Security Officer/ Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

In October 2006, we are opening the doors of our newest community, Maris Grove, in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking an experienced Security Officer/EMT to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
Daily rounds of the building and groundsContinuous patrols of property and facilitiesStaffs guardhouse to ensure the logging of visitors, residents and employeesDirects traffic on campus propertyCompletes Daily Rounds ReportsCompletes Incident Reports
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GEDOne to three years customer service experienceIncumbents will be required to become a state-certified first responder within one year of starting dateA positive attitude and willingness to work with a diverse populationDetail-oriented and dependable
Ability to implement plans formulated by Campus Safety/Emergency Services ManagerAble to operate an ambulanceAbility to write written reports in a clear, concise manner with good grammar and spelling
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
