We are seeking highly experienced Chiefs of Guards and Captains of Guards for large government project providing armed security services at military installations across the country.  Positions are responsible for exercising leadership, maintaining high morale, directing and inspecting the performance of security personnel assigned to their site.  This includes scheduling, training, solving shift problems with minimum supervision.  Must be a U.S. Citizen, clean criminal record, ability to pass physical agility and drug screen, valid driver?s license, and experience with weapons.  Must have or be able to secure a secret or top secret security clearance. 

 

Chief:  BS/BA degree preferably in law enforcement.  Completion of a bona fide law enforcement course of instruction.  Minimum 5 years supervisory experience preferably with a civilian police force, military police force of civilian security guard organization.

 

Captain: Minimum of a 2 year degree (or 6 years of supervisory experience may be substituted).  Minimum 3 ? 5 years supervisory experience preferably with a civilian police force, military police force or civilian security guard organization.
