We are in search of a dynamic individual to fill this position located at our corporate office located in Salisbury, MD. Salisbury Maryland affords a wonderful quality of life and we are within minutes to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Chesapeake Bay. We are within 2.5 hours from four major metropolitan areas.

 

The selected individual will provide the overall leadership, management and direction of the security function company-wide. In cooperation with senior management, develop and execute an effective strategy to mitigate risk, maintain continuity of operations, and safeguards the organization, its products and its people. This person will also serve as the subject matter expert in matters relating to employee security, physical asset protection, intangible asset protection, loss prevention and loss investigation.

 

Individual will have broad authority to recommend to senior management security policies and procedures to better protect the company?s people and assets. This individual will have significant autonomy and will operate with limited supervision in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

 

Minimum qualifications include 12-15 years of documented experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment and should be significantly experienced in investigative techniques. Individual will posses a BA/BS degree, preferred in business, law, criminal justice or an area of study relevant to this position.
