Facility Security Officer

Job Description:
This position will be part of the Industrial Security Team, which is responsible for supporting and meeting the operational security requirements for all of the AT&T Government Solutions programs and amd personnel. Operational security pertains to the electronic movement and management of information used within the programs, the protection of customer data, and the implementation of personnel and facility security according to the National Industrial Securtiy Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). The candidate will need to be familiar with the duties of a Facility Security Officer (FSO) as prescribed by the NISPOM with at least 5 years of industrial security experiencce. The candidate shall possess an active Top Secret secrity clearance based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). This position will be staffed at San Antonio, Tx. Requires experience in DoD and Special security policy disciplines outlined in NISPOM & DCIDs (COMSEC, physical security, IS Security, OPSEC, personnel security, classification management, and security education and training). Requires an ability to analyze complex issues and evaluate for security vulnerabilities. Must have good interpersonal skills to interface and support AT&T Executives and Management/technical staff and with USG customer. Must possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and must be comfortable in front of a group. Must be a self-starter and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced.
TS/SCI clearance required.
