Responsibilities Include:  Review Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR s) submitted by business units.Perform analysis and investigation, complete and submit SAR to meet regulatory guidelines i.e. within the specified timeframe.Recommend and escalate cases for appropriate actions to exit high risk clients.Act as liaison between business units, Legal Division, Corporate Compliance, Regulatory Agencies and Law Enforcement as appropriate.Perform any other monitoring, analysis and reporting of account activity as required.

Requirements Include:  Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations.  Must have a background in Bank Operations or fraud investigations.Must have the ability to review, analyze and document cases and/or identify activity that needs to be escalated to a senior level.Must have the ability to meet specific timeframes.Good written, verbal and comprehension skills required.

Preferred Skills Include:  A minimum of 1-2 years experience in bank operations or investigations.Knowledge of the BSA regulation preferred.Basic computer skills required.
