Job Title: Fingerprint Technician

 

Accurate Biometrics d.b.a. Art's Investigations is one of the largest computerized digital fingerprinting services in Illinois. We provide fingerprinting services required by several state agencies, as well as Loan Originators, School Bus Drivers, Teachers, Nurses and others as a part of their pre-employment requirements and licensing requirements.

 

JOB PURPOSE

 

Service our customers by collecting their fingerprints with the use of a laptop and portable scanner, properly accounting for the cost of the fingerprints, and accurately transmitting those fingerprints for processing.

 

JOB DUTIES

 Administer a "10 print" fingerprint process for each customer. Handle payment by the customer, and bank transactions for any deposits. Handle any customer service issues with the customer. Prepare reports for daily activities, and submit paperwork to main office. Transmit fingerprints at the end of each day. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing job with accuracy and punctuality. On the look-out for new customer opportunities.
