Force Protection Assessment Team Leader

MTC Technologies, Inc. (MTC) provides a wide range of sophisticated system engineering, intelligence, information technology and program management solutions, primarily to the Department of Defense and various intelligence agencies.

Serves as a Force Protection Subject Matter Expert and Vulnerability Assessment Team Leader for a major U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) Force Protection Program, operating under that Command's Provost Marshall Office, involving the conduct of Vulnerability Assessments, and evaluations of Force Protection Plans and Antiterrorism Exercises at USARC installations and sites throughout the U.S. and overseas. Trains, manages and leads a multi-functional team of up to six or seven personnel tasked to perform prescribed assessments/evaluations. Receives and executes a schedule of site visits that meets program requirements, including assuring required advanced coordination with organizations at sites to be visited, research, data collection and analysis in preparation for site visits, conduct of assessments and evaluations, accuracy, completeness and clarity of findings and recommendations, preparation and delivery of AAR briefings and products and final preparation of assessment/evaluation reports. Manages and directs the team's work load, concept of operations, content and production of deliverables and overall quality assurance of assigned team, constituted from up to 6 additional analysts and professional Force Protection Subject Matter Experts.

Retired Army Field Grade Officer or Senior NCO, with 12 or more years of experience in the Military Police Branch. Bachelors Degree required, Military Staff College or ANCOC Graduate required; demonstrable education, training, and practical assignments and experience in Force Protection and Law Enforcement; minimum of 5 years of staff experience at Brigade level and higher. Thoroughly expert on the provisions, applicability, implementation of and compliance with DoD 2000.12, DoD 2000.12-H, DoD 2000.16, DoD 2000.18 and AR 525-13, and AR 190-13. Demonstrable education, training, experience and expertise in Physical Security, including: protective systems, access control, lock and key systems, security forces, in-transit security, crisis management, inspections and surveys, personal protection, vulnerability assessments, command and law enforcement counter-measures, crime prevention and specialized patrol tactics and surveillance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
