Following Pond's highly successful business model of hands on customer care AND employee education and retention programs, Pond is rapidly expanding services across the United States and is looking for true security, former law enforcement and military professionals to maintain these high standards.
Candidates must be US Citizens, at least 21 years of age and pass Background, Medical and Psychological tests, as well as Physical Agility Test for supervisors and officers.
Candidates applying for Management, Supervisory and Instructor positions must be prepared to provide backgrounds and experience commensurate with the position and must be able to qualify and maintain a DSS Secret Security Clearance, which includes Criminal and Financial reviews.
Those replying to the above positions must submit, at the very least, a complete resume detailing prior positions and salary history. All candidates selected for positions pending government contract awards will be required to endorse a letter of intent of employment based off of that specific contract award.
