Insight Investigations of New England is a regional private investigative firm specializing in the insurance industry. Our services include surveillance, activity checks, and background investigations on potentially fraudulent worker's compensation, auto liability, general liability, and long and short term disability claims in the New England and the Tri-State Area.


 

We are currently seeking full time investigators for the Hartford CT and Springfield MA areas. We seek dependable individuals who value independence and flexibility. Candidates must have the ability to problem solve, make quick decisions and think ?outside the box?. In addition, strong research skills, the ability to write clearly and concisely, and excellent communication skills are crucial in providing our clients with the results that Insight Investigations is known for.


 

Candidates must have a strong work ethic and be self motivated and team oriented. The ability to work independently, travel, and communicate effectively is essential. Flexible hours are a must, including weekend, day, and evening hours. Claims and insurance experience is also a plus. A reliable vehicle is required as well as a valid driver's license. A degree in Criminal Justice preferred. Bilingual skills a plus.



Responsibilities include: obtaining quality surveillance video evidence, securing written or recorded statements and producing accurate and detailed reports. All equipment and training will be provided.
