We currently have an opportunity available as a Loss Prevention Agent in our Las Vegas Rack store.

 

Loss Prevention employees are expected to be able to:

 

?  Demonstrate professional behavior in all situations

?  Make decisions with confidence

?  Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

?  Work independently

?  Work a variety of shifts

?  Support and assist the Loss Prevention department

?  Assist with External, Internal and Excessive investigations

?  Respond to agent dispatch calls

?  Open and close the building

?  Ensure that the fire and security systems are secure and monitored

?  Interact with customers

?  Conduct audits

 

All qualified applicants should expect to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs, which include days, evenings and weekend shifts. The position may involve one or more of the following activities:  lifting up to 15 lbs, carrying, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, standing continuously, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, and using 10-key and a keyboard.
