Position Summary: Responsible for creating and maintaining a loss prevention and security program.  This position will ensure that Redemtech customer product and data is handled in a safe and secure manner at all times.  

 

Position Responsibilities:

?  Create and maintain a preventative security program and roll this program out to all facilities

?  Update, create, and maintain security manuals, documents, and records

?  Conduct security compliance audits of Redemtech remote facilities and logistics vendors to ensure appropriate handling of customer product and identify security violations

?  Maintains inspection reports and records, advises senior management of security deficiencies

?  Conduct shrink investigations and assist law enforcement with investigations and prosecutions

?  Review recorded surveillance, access, and door logs for all remote facilities to ensure that security procedures are being followed

?  Other duties as assigned

 

Essential Skills and experience:

? Bachelors degree in Operations Management or related field

? At least five years experiences in a loss prevention role within a manufacturing or distribution environment, not in a retail environment

? Leadership: demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others

? Strong planning skills: ability to think ahead and plan over a one to two year time span

? Time management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

? Problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
