NY Fire Safety Director

Position: Fire Safety Director in the Hotel

Available Hrs: Part-Time Sat and Sun 7am x 3pm

 

Candidates must be: Certified Fire Safety Director for High Rise Buildings and Hotels,

must possess valid security guard license, NYS ID, 8hrs and 16hrs and/or 8hrs annual, all up to date, must pass comprehensive criminal background and drug test, must posses excellent communication, English language, and writing skills, Candidates requires to be a team player, with innovativeness and good hospitality management skills, take initiative in doing tasks and be able to set a good precedent for the other in areas of self discipline, punctuality, following post orders, regulations, rules, and instructions both hotel and company?s. Candidates must be able to have positive attitude toward company?s uniform dress-code regulations and adhere to them at all times. Candidates must show flexibility and be able to support the security staff as well as hotel employees and guests.  Candidate will require taking and passing the on-site Fire Department Test. Candidates will require to pass interview with the Hotel representative in-charge of the security department

 

Compensations: on start $16.25, with incremental increases every 3 (three) months. Upon completion of one year employee will be offered a major medical benefits (with a small portion of contribution toward medical coverage out of pocket). Employee will also receive an annual incentive bonus of $750.00 upon completion of one year of uninterrupted employment. The part-time status may lead to a full-time employment, with other benefits, which are available to full-time employees of the company.
