Program Manager - West Coast

This position has primary responsibility for the implementation and on-going management of NTS contract agreements. 

Specific direct responsibilities include:

1.  Plan, implement, manage and track the successful deployment of NTS products, including coordination and oversight of all project implementation tasks. 

2.  Direct liaison between customer and NTS in order to monitor and ensure a high quality of customer support for system and program operation.

3.  Define procedures and operational interface between clients and subcontractors.

4.  Provide reports to management on a regular basis on the status of program delivery and client satisfaction, and quality-of-service issues that need to be remedied.

5.  Provide customer training on system operation and features, including training for municipality, court and police / law enforcement personnel.

Requirements:

Additionally, this position is required to work collaboratively and amicably with other Company management and staff to support the Company?s activities in

1.  Identify and assist in documenting the support requirements of NTS products for proper operation and reliable use in the field to ensure that the information reflects customer requirements.

2.  Support the planning process by contributing to the development of annual plan and associated budget that identifies the goals, quotas, scheduled milestones and resource requirements for the year.

3.  Support the marketing of NTS products and services

4.  Assist in strategic product planning by identifying opportunities for product, service and installation improvements and new-feature requirements through interaction with customers.
