Retail Area Asset Protection Manager

We are currently seeking candidates for an Area Asset Protection Manager in our Las Vegas market.







Be part of the Asset Protection regional team by taking on the position within the Southwest Region.  The Area Asset Protection Manager will be responsible for over 40 stores.  The ideal candidate will work closely with Store and District Managers to administer asset protection programs and inventory shrinkage reduction related functions. 

 

Responsible for investigation activities, asset protection coaching/training and compliance monitoring.  Conducts compliance audits and operational follow-up.  Executes and carries forward supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization`s policies and applicable laws. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with change, provide effective communication and build partnerships throughout the region.  As well, experience in the following areas:

- Retail Area Asset Protection/Loss Prevention experience required handling a minimum 15 stores.

- Preferred experience with a big box/hard goods retailer

- Proven track record in decreasing and preventing shrink

- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management

- Experience working with stores in the Las Vegas market preferred

- Travel required - up to 60%
