Oversee terminal operations, schedules, client operations.

New hires and recruitment.

Enforcement of company policies & procedures.

Develop & maintain Post Orders.

Liaison between ship and shore side personnel.

Interface with US Coast Guard & Port authorities.

Quality control.

Must be team player & spirited.

Organizational skills.

Good communication skills
