The primary role is as a Team Leader and thus supervises a team of approximately ten or more Subpoena Specialists.  S/he is responsible for the development and performance management of his/her team and must regularly report on team performance, productivity, etc.  S/he must have the ability to be productive, positive and upbeat in a stressful, fast paced, team environment.  S/he must also be able to work any shift and any days off (shifts will change depending on business needs) with the ability to work overtime as an exempt employee (no additional compensation). Overtime requirements may change depending on business needs.  Occasional overnight and last minute travel should be expected.  The qualified candidate will have strong oral and written communications skills and be comfortable presenting technical information to audiences of various position and technical ability.
