Attention experienced 2nd shift Legal Word-Processors, we have unlimited openings for TOP-NOTCH Operators.

3 openings for 4p-12a perm Asst. Coordinators/Lead Ops in Top 25 firm, SALARY up to 75K.

5 openings for 4p-12a perm and temp to perm Operators with EDGAR in top 50 firm, paying $55-65K based on experience. Strong Excel and PowerPoint required.

3 openings for 4p-12a perm Night secys for boutique firms, paying $55-65K based on experience.

3 openings for 4p-12a perm Operators must be willing to do floor calls in mid-sized firm-50-55K.

2 openings for 5:30p-12:30a temp to perm operator for high powered center. Candidates must be strong in Word and WordPerfect. Salary open.

These positions are for top-notch legal operators ONLY!

Candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 years legal word processing experience. Must be an expert in the creation and manipulation of styles in Word 2000 and XP. Able to format documents correctly with and without the use of MACPAC OR SOFTWISE. DOCXTOOLS is A+. Must have a verifiable work history of being reliable, responsible and dedicated (whether perm or temp).
