Seeking Commodities ISDA and Physical Transactions Documentation Attorney to Support Phibro LLC Phibro LLC, a proprietary commodities trading unit of Citigroup, is looking for a commodities ISDA and physical transactions documentation lawyer on flextime basis (50%) in Westport CT for ISDA master agreements, NAESB agreements, long-form confirmations and related documentation work. Successful candidate will work closely with General

Counsel and Credit Group to advise on ISDA, derivatives and physical transaction matters including transaction documentation, collateral and related issues.

 

 



Prior commodities derivatives and ISDA documentation experience preferred. Salary commensuate with experience.
