ATTORNEY WITH 1 YEAR MINIMUM MERGER AND ACQUISITION EXPERIENCE

for 6 month temporary project with Jersey City branch of large financial institution.  Must have project management experience and must be knowledgeable in contract negiotiation and divestitures.  Hourly rate is $42-46, depending on level of experience.
