Account Executive

We are the leading provider of legal support services in the country is looking for a Sales Executive, with the overall responsibility for new business development in your market. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads to obtain maximum sales and potential volume. Set up appointments and visit clients to make sales presentations. Participate in local marketing activities including trade shows and direct marketing programs to promote company products and services. Meet budgeted revenue targets through driving new business development to the targeted goal. Prepare special or standard proposals including pricing quotations and terms of sales as requested by potential clients. Plan, develop and execute sales strategy and tailor to potential client. Utilize contact management software to track leads and target market segments. Ensure system is updated for accurate national database. Work with the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to identify market changes and revise strategy.

This position requires a minimum of five to seven years in a direct selling position for business service or legal solutions industries. Experience selling to the Legal Industry is a major plus. A Bachelor?s Degree in related field or equivalent experience. Experience and knowledge in taking new products and services to market and growing the revenue base of such services accordingly. Ability to make decisions and to think in broad terms. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. PC knowledge of Windows XP/2000, Microsoft Office, and SalesLogix/CRM applications.
