Agent I, Law Enforcement Compliance

Position Purpose: The Legal Compliance Agent I receives, processes, and responds to requests from various local, state, and federal investigative agencies. Main duties include retrieval of subscriber information from various billing applications, preparation of appropriate documentation, court testimony, and provisioning of automated network equipment for lawful intercept of subscriber communications. Additional duties include training of company and law enforcement personnel on policies and processes associated with subpoena-compliance and lawful intercept. This position is located in Parsippany, NJ, and does not include reimbursement for relocation expenses. This position is 1st shift, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday. Candidate must be a US Citizen, and must submit to full background check, including drug screening

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Subpoena compliance
Basic lawful intercept provisioning
Assistance with E911 emergency requests

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide custodian of records testimony as needed


Position Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of subpoena process / paralegal training beneficial but not required
Knowledge of wireless telecommunications industry beneficial but not required


Experience:

Experience within public safety, law enforcement, or legal community beneficial but not required. Military experience or loss-prevention experience also beneficial.
