Job Description: Position reports to the Director of Lease administration.

The main focus of this position is to ensure all legal documents are properly processed through the execution process and are properly abstracted in REM. The position will also be responsible for the creation of all legal notices templates as they relate to lease administration.

Position responsibilities-


Abstraction of leases, lease amendments and modifications into REM

Responsible for the verification of all abstracts of lease amendments entered by Lease Administrator in REM

Processing of all Landlord Estoppels Certificates and Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements (SNDA).

Management of all documentation through the scanning and filing process. This includes the application of OCR to all scanned documents, saving to the central electronic repository and filing actual documents into lease file

Creation and management of all lease notices and legal document templates for lease administration and real estate group including the maintenance of all deal sheet templates.

Responsible for making sure all data entered by Legal, accounting and Lease Administration is accurate in all data sources including the construction database, REM, and accounting reports
