We are seeking Associate General Counsel to provide legal counsel to the Uniprise business segments supporting the Product, marketing, new business sales and USS account management teams.
Support several USS regions in bringing in new business, negotiating administrative services agreements, and providing consultation in resolving appeals, disputes and audit issues.
Provide legal support in connection with company's customer relationships.


Juris Doctorate degree
4+ years legal experience
Corporate and/or Employee Benefits background preferred
Strong analytical skills
Strong communications skills
Strong leadership and strategic decision making skills
Strong negotiation skills
