Attorney

ACG is a vertically integrated, full service real estate company. Formed in 1986, ACG specializes in the development, design, construction, management, and syndication of commercial real estate properties. We are seeking an Attorney with Litigation, Contracts Law, and Legal Administration Skills to be responsible for the following:Analyze and resolve key legal matters concerning Real Estate Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, and manage real estate documentsReview legislation, practices and policies to assure compliance with US laws General legal support to all ACG companiesDraft and negotiate transactional documentsCoordinate effectively with internal and external legal and non-legal expert resources, as necessary, to help analyze and address legal issues, and help implement business strategyIntegrate business and legal matters Provide client education and training on relevant legal informationNegotiate, review and prepare contracts, real estate closing and title opinions and general Administer to transactions regarding land and retail building (shopping center) purchases/sales/loansDue Diligence work for closingsPreparation and revision of closingsReview of financing with lenders and buyersAdditional Projects to include: construction contracts, drafting and resolution of leases, land development issues, commercial finance transactions, corporate governance, human resources matters and other matters
