Attorney/General Counsel

Cadence Innovation is a global automotive Tier One supplier who combines people, processes and technology to make our customers? products faster, lighter, stronger, better and at a lower cost.  Our product centers designs, develops and manufactures instrument panels/cockpits, door modules, fascias and cargo management systems.  We are searching for an exceptional Attorney to join an exceptional organization!

 

Very active three-member legal team with opportunities to work in all substantive areas.   This individual is accountable for supporting various corporate transactions, including vendor contracts, finance, M&A,  joint ventures, corporate governance, intellectual property, general legal and compliance counseling.  Minimal international travel.  This position reports to the Executive Vice President of General Counsel.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Juris Doctor degree.  4+yrs of diversified corporate transactions experience with a $500M+ organization, automotive preferred or experience in a 50+ person law firm as legal counsel for automotive Tier 1 companies.  Demonstrated ability to utilize balanced decision making expeditiously and continuously multi-task with effective verbal and written communication.Must have stupendous organizational skills to manage numerous projects. Proficient computer skills in MSOffice.
