Attorney - Licensing/IP (Part Time)

Job Purpose:

Licensing/IP attorney (part-time) with at least 4 years of experience representing biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device companies in intellectual property or technology-focused transactions, including patent and know-how licensing (including licenses with the NIH and academic institutions), research, clinical trial, manufacturing, distribution, co-development, and co-promotion agreements. 


 

Skills/Qualifications:

Will consider a part-time candidate who can dedicate at least 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule that is responsive to client needs.  Law school transcripts must be made available.

Compensation:
