Immediate opening for candidate with 1-4 years of business bankruptcy litigation or bankruptcy transactional experience. Ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Position would involve representation of debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, committees and indenture trustees, and litigation within adversary proceedings.

Corporate Associate

Immediate need for an associate with 2-5 years experience. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, franchise transactions, securities contract negotiations and financing a plus.

Patent Associate/Electrical

Candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in the following areas: patent prosecution, patent drafting, domestic filings, foreign filings, and counseling/opinion support. Candidates must possess a 4-year degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics or related sciences. Membership to the Patent Bar is required. Undergraduate and law school transcripts required.

Ability to work well independently and in a team is essential.



Senior Tax Associate/Counsel

Immediate opportunity for senior level Associate/Counsel for our general business/tax group. The ideal candidate will have approx. 10+ years experience with a strong concentration in real estate tax matters, and ability to manage a sizeable caseload after a brief orientation. Should be able to work independently and willing to actively participate in business development initiatives within the Firm. Transactional experience/expertise, solid experience with exempt organizations, and some portable business a plus."
