Top Midsize New York City Firm has openings in its growing Corporate Practice for Senior Associates (class of 98-2000). Primary components of practice, with many SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT CLIENTS, include M&A (with emphasis upon private equity transactions), joint venture, corporate restructurings, leveraged acquisitions, corporate finance securities regulation and general corporate agreements (including employment, license and distribution agreements). Fluency required with drafting and negotiating stock purchase agreements, asset transfer agreements, merger agreements, preferred stock designations, stockholders agreements, registration rights agreements, operating agreements and general corporate agreements. Experience with ANY of these is desired. 

 

Prefer Large Firm experience and excellent Academics.
