Our client, a national law firm with offices in Boston is currently seeking to bring on board an attorney experienced in Bank Financing matters

 

Project Description:

This is substantive transactional project.  Successful candidates will assist a busy bank finance group with numerous and varied transactional matters.  An excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated matters this project is anticipated to last approximately 6 months but could easily go longer.

 

Required Experience:

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years relevant experience as an attorney from a national law firm or corporation, be admitted in Massachusetts, have graduated from a US accredited law school, and be available immediately. 

 Specific Experience in the following areas is needed:Syndicated secured financingsAcquisition and recapitalization financingsAsset based lendingLoan workouts and restructuringLease FinancingsCredit Enhancements

 

Additionally, suitable candidates will have the following:Strong work historyExcellent academic recordBe available for AT LEAST 6 monthsLive in (or willing to commute to) Boston
