ASSOCIATE with 3 to 5 years of Chapter 11 bankruptcy or Trustee experience. The firm represents a broad range of clients, prosecuting and defending complex contested matters and adversary proceedings, diverse representation within Chapter 11 reorganizations, as well as pursuing and defending appellate cases before the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. 

 

LEGAL ASSISTANT with 3+ years of bankruptcy experience for Ft. Lauderdale law firm.

Qualified candidates will have both federal and state experience including bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and all related litigation and transactional matters.
