Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Case Manager

Managing multiple client case load including tracking medical treatment of client and all matters related to managing a client file. Good communication skills required as you will be in daily contact with clients, insurance adjustor, medical providers and attorney. Review of accident report and policy coverage and initiating correspondence with client and providers in the managing of the file. Maintain close contact with client and attorney during treatment to keep client informed about their case.

 

 

Preparation of demand packages and negotiation skills required. Daily contact with insurance adjustor, medical providers, attorney, client and others, thus good communication skills are essential. Daily intake responsiblities with potential clients. Warm, emphathetic and personable in client contact. Technical and detail oriented with strong attention to detail in your work habits. Good computer and telephone skills. Reliable, dependable, punctual work habits. Experience in handling bodily injury claims or insurance adjusting is a plus!  4 year college degree required.

 

This role offers competitive salary ($30-50K) 45 - 50 hours week, 401k, health insurance, profit sharing and vacation.
