Qualifications :
Our client, one of the top law firms on Long Island, is seeking a Legal Billing Professional. This person will be responsible for ensuring time and expense charges are in accordance with client guidelines; work with the attorneys in determining the billing frequency of each client; following up with billing attorneys on missing information essential to the billing process. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ years of related billing experience from a top law firm and have knowledge of computerized legal billing system, (e.g., Juris, Elite, Access, Rainmaker, Pyramid). He or she should also have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as, strong inter-personal skills and have the ability to work with staff at all levels.
