Billing Specialist

Greenberg Traurig's Denver office is seeking a billing specialist to handle billing and collection activities.  This individual will be responsible for working proactively with attorneys and staff in accounting, billing, and collections.  The successful candidate will have a solid background in billings and collections with a minimum of five years of law firm accounting experience.  A strong professional work ethic is essential as is the ability to work effectively (excellent communication skills) with busy professionals at all levels of the organization.  Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to track and meet deadlines are required.  The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, have exemplary organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task, and is self motivated.

Experience with CMS, EXCEL and other Microsoft Office programs is desired.  Completion of a four year degree is required, with an emphasis in business or accounting is preferred.
