Job Description : This organization has the responsibility to design and implement the most responsive and cost-effective supply chain in the industry to enable Company to gain market share, grow revenue and profit, improve cash flow, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Global  team works in a collaborative environment on a multitude of projects and assignments, ranging from procurement and supply chain management, to design and test, to technical support and product configuration, in support of the manufacturing and fulfillment of Company eserver equipment, storage systems, and personal and printing systems. Develop and manage sourcing strategy for client's Legal needs and develop savings strategies against identified opportunities. Develop an extended matrix team to support the requirements of the engagement. Responsible for the execution of contract requirements. Responsible for reporting to client & procurement leadership teams on status, issues, & corrective actions. Prior client facing experience is a must. Ideal candidate will have have engaged in prior Corporate Law endeavors specific dealings in Intellectual Property, Litigation and Contract Law. Preferably an Attorney at Law to Support Business Transformation Outsourcing procurement engagement, responsible for development of regional sourcing category strategies to ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded. This position is contingent on execution of an agreement between Company and one of its customers and if it is not executed, the position will be withdrawn. Candidate may live anywhere in US but up to 80% travel is required; position may be located at alternate location. Candidate must have proven experience and knowledge in Legal Services; able to: lead and develop savings strategies, develop an extended matrix team to support the requirements of the engagement, interface with the Client on LS strategic sourcing objectives, execute contract requirements related to LS and report to project and procurement leadership teams on status, issues, and corrective actions. Major Field of Study: Law Formulating a strategic plan that addresses the client needs Bid preparation, initiation and management Evaluation and securing competitive savings Contract negotiation at category level Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify spend/savings areas Supplier Relationships to develop sourcing strategies Leadership and Legal Services sourcing experience Understanding of current services by category, market state and client need Establishment of scalable and competitive category and geo strategy Effective and Consistent Communication with the client and supplier Strong Team, project management and risk management Effective use of Microsoft Office tools (including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
