CONTRACTS ATTORNEY

Level (3) Communications is seeking an attorney for its telecommunications law department. The attorney will be responsible primarily for the drafting and negotiation of contracts for Level (3), with focus in the areas of customer and vendor agreements.

The preferred candidate will have:
? Previous contract drafting and negotiation experience in the telecommunications field.
? Graduated in the top one-third of his or her law school graduating class
? A minimum of 3 to 5 years of legal experience, either in a law firm or a corporate law department.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills

The candidate must demonstrate an ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and take initiative
