Under supervision, the TMC Client Services Assistant assists attorneys and paralegals by providing administrative, organizational and junior paralegal-level support in connection with a range of practice activities including, but not limited to, domestic and international trademark clearance and prosecution, due diligence in transactions involving IP assets, litigation (in federal and state courts, as well as before the PTO's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board) and copyright counseling. This position reports to the TMC Administrative Partner(s), the Practice Group Assistant / Business Manager, and/or assigned attorney/paralegal pairing.

Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and 45 wpm typing. Excellent written/verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills required. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail a must. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment critical. Flexibility to work occasional overtime desired.
