Commercial Transactions Attorney - P/T (In-House)

Are you a general commercial transactions attorney seeking to work on a part-time basis with an in-house legal department?

Our client, a Fortune 500 corporation with its HQ in Detroit, is seeking to add an attorney to their growing practice group on a part-time, long-term basis. Candidates should have 3 or more years of experience and be able to advise internal clients on a wide variety of commercial and corporate matters and have previous experience in drafting purchasing, supply and alliance agreements, consumer and consumer protection agreements and advise on regulatory compliance matters.

In addition to the above mentioned legal experience, candidates should have well developed written and oral communication skills, ability to work with a team in a very fast paced environment, demonstrated interpersonal skills, positive and self confident personal skills, problem solving abilities, analytical skills, possess practical judgement and be accountable and keep projects going while only in the office a few days a week.
