We are currently searching for a Consulting Employment Attorney to assist the General Counsel?s Office in providing primarily employment related counseling and related legal services to management. ?This position is based in Westchester County, New York.? The candidate must be comfortable with multi state employment law assignments and have worked in a corporate environment.? The qualified candidate should plan on spending one day a week in the office with the remainder of the 20 ? 25 hours weekly working remote.? (Some domestic travel is possible)

The consultant will primarily work on special projects surrounding employment law issues including but not limited to EEOC; ADA and EPLI in a multi state organization. S/he?must have superior written and verbal communication?skills to deal directly with internal clients on time sensitive projects. The candidate must have experience in and the ability to draft?employment contracts.? This position will has the potential of on-site and remote.?
