Contract Administrator

Proofreading business contracts and license agreements Create and maintain standard templates for contracts in each line of business Work with Finance & Sales to determine standard levels of flexibility on contract deliverables Study and learn the Accuity product lines; industry and Accuity business Responsible for contract administration duties on both new business opportunities as well as existing contracts Ensure all contracts, addendums and amendments adhere to SM's standard template and ensure that any changes to standard terms and conditions are properly documented and approved by Legal if needed Maintain contract files and manage the contract scanning process to ensure that all Accuity's contracts that are scanned are easily identifiable and accessible Maintain service termination letters and ensure they are scanned with the appropriate contract Learn business system and contract/fulfillment processes and ensure that all contracts are reflected accurately in the company Business System and are set up properly for correct revenue recognition. Ensure that all terms and conditions agreed to can be supported by the Business system prior to signoff. Review and signoff on non-disclosure agreements Work with Business Systems team to develop reporting on contract terms as sales management identifies reporting needs

o Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet; must be adept at learning different computer programs o Paralegal experience of 2-4 years o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Experience with business contracts and legal documentation and strong proofreading skills o Solid internal/external customer skills o Strong organizational skills - able to handle multiple tasks and maintain detailed records o College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package.
