Ducks Unlimited, America?s leader in wetlands conservation, has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Compliance Specialist based in our Regional Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:Coordinate, write, review and assist in negotiating agreements; Communicate with management regarding compliance issues;Provide the interpretation of laws and regulations relating to federal, state and other programs;Protect overall interests of DU by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards;Work closely with accounting to ensure timely and appropriate grant invoicing and tracking;

 

Key Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:A minimum of five years experience in contract compliance and/or Grant Adminstration;Experience and knowledge of Federal Circulars and grants management; Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or a related field;Strong written and oral communication skills;Proficient in Microsoft XP software programs.
